My brother lives in Seattle and witnessed a dandy. He was following a truck hauling a prestressed concrete bridge beam using a steer car. A car came down an on ramp and merged traffic-driving between the tractor and steer car. Right under the beam-a lady he figured to be in her early 80's with out a clue to what she had just done
