Swung by the site this morning again... not a whole lot has changed, they got most of the landscaping done and outside fascia stuff pretty much done. I just did a drive by shooting of pics so ... might be a tad blurry. Southwest corner, got a big berm around this area... seems like a waste of space to me... I know they didn't have elevation issues.. so either it's a 'green' thing or just part of what the architect/designer wants.
