No idea what gas engine they're currently using, but controllers are all Deep Sea now (which is a good thing) and haven't had any issues with their gen ends. No clue what dealer service in your area will be like, that's something you'd have to ask around about. Work with a lot of CAT equipment with municipalities, casinos, colleges, etc. The biggest hassle has been the older CAT control systems and proprietary engine parts. With the switch to Deep Sea controllers on the new units, half of that issue is cut out. If they're still using a PSI GM engine for the gas units, you can pick up parts locally. Is this a bid job that's getting shopped around to a few local dealers, or just going with CAT since they can do the direct pricing thing?
