This is a spring applied hyd released brake. You're probably going to be changing all the steels and frictions. They're not too hateful to fix since you have access from the back of the drop box. Make sure you also change the belleville washers (#51) and seals, as time and heat is hard on them. Also double check you're getting full release pressure so they don't drag and burn up.
