Final assembly went with surprising ease (AND lots of caution). The huge hose clamps at the ourboard seals are my way of fixing a seal leak in spite of my best efforts!!!! I put split hose rubber around them and squeezed the living daylight out of, them both. Now they're good for 60 psi.
