Sorry, the way I worded that is a little unclear. It could read like there is a pressure relief setting within the holding valve. Which there isn't. The holding valve may just not seat correctly, in which case they just slowly allow oil to bypass back out of the cylinder. But that wouldn't be described as a pressure relief. The "pressure relief" being too low, would be the system relief, at the valve being set too low, which means when the function is activated, it doesn't put out enough pressure to make the cylinder move, before the improperly set pressure relief bypassed the oil. So that's two different things that need checked, #1 if the holding valve is holding #2 the pressure relief setting at the valve section. Sorry for not explaining that very well in my earlier post.
