I found “mice” work best for blowing or sucking string into pipes under 1 1/4”. The bags for bigger pipe. So many variables though. A big compressor and a bag works well for street lights. A compressed air bottle on a 60’ 3/4” pipe can really hurt if your hand is in the way at the exit.
