Hello everyone, We just purchased a new to us 05 200CLC (FF200CX505828). We are adding a hydraulic thumb to the unit as it already has stick Aux circuit. The cab pedal appears to be able to operate in both directions (see below), however looking at the lines, 1 goes to the control valve and the other to the tank return. This leads me to think that the system is a 1way Aux circuit. That being said where could i look on the aux valve body to see if there is in fact an existing B port to accompany the pressure hose A port ? If i could connect there and add the relief valve, it would make things 100x easier...Would anyone have a picture with highlighted area or diagram of where to look ? Thank you for the insightful help, PS:Cab cleanup in progress ! cheers Seb

Thank you ! Will do shortly !
Thank you for the information, definitely useful, i do believe that the pedal is properly plumbed for two way Aux. However i was wondering if there is a way to know if the Stick Aux return line back to tank (taking it is a 1way Aux) can be fitted on the valve body for a second pressure line making is a 2way Aux vs 1way. Currently appears that 1 is pressure and 1 is simply return. For the hydraulic thumb i would need 2x pressure lines. Id much rather that than installing an electronically controlled diverter valve
So the boom tube on the right side of the machine goes directly to tank and not to a selector valve like shown below?
Correct. Boom tube on rh side of machine goes to tank return: see attached.
Also looks like that selector valve would have been there at one point as the mount (#11) is in place. There is a connection here as well probably between #18 and #17 ... do we know what port #1 hose would connect to ? From selector valve to main control valve ?
#1 is a steel tube. It attaches to the port directly below hose #14. You will probably have to fabricate your own hydraulics from the right side of the boom to the control valve as some of the parts (like tube #1) are no longer available.
Do you happen to know where one would find a hydraulic schematics for this machine? Id like to find out what hoses/ports from RH side of control valve go where. Also, if i can find a selector valve, I definetly feel like the rest can be fabricated on measure. Although maybe not as efficient, the steel tube #1 could be replaced with elbows and hoses.

Upon further inspection it appears that it is in fact the hose on the left side of the boom that goes directly to the return and that the hose on the RH side of book goes to control valve. The lower portion of the aux circuit on the controle valve (#1 steel pipe and #6 hose are in place but capped off ) see attached. I feel like all im missing is that selector valve, and to switch the hoses around. Are you able to recommend another selector valve in the event that this one isnt available ?
While there are no selector valves in Deere inventory, they are still listed as available. It basically means the order would be sent to the vendor. The question is, how long will it take? Nope. You will have to search either through Google or see if a Hydraulic shop can get you something.
I will not be running 1way high flow auxiliary as the hydraulic thumb is the only thing on the machine, am i okay to hook up both boom hoses direct to the control valve hoses ?
Yep
This is what i will do. @mg2361 , Thank you for your assistance and insight, it has all been very very helpful. Much appreciated ! Cheers
