1979 Cat d3 Dozer will not move in any gear

Linkage is in working order. The blade will lift, but I cannot get it to move forward or reverse. Any ideas?

    Did you check the transmission oil level?

    Logboy, check the tran oil level and then the pressure and come on back. We can help. Later Bob
