1986 JD 790 excavator

The bucket and left track are very slow. What could be causing this problem? Thank you

    The rear pump is not going to full swash or is leaking by the high pressure valve plate in the pump.Sometimes they stick.You can take the front off the pump and replace the swash plate and polish up where it rides. It is by far the cheapest fix.
