Just purchased a 1988 International 1700 with a DT360 5 speed transmission. The trany will not go into 1st gear. It grinds when I attempt. I have gotten it to go in on occasion but it won't stay in gear. Any suggestions
sounds like a remove and repair job , it won`t get better
