I have good prime and fuel into the injection pump also fuel shutoff solenoid is working as it should. No fuel out of injectors yet......just bought been sitting for 8 yrs and will run off of start fluid
No fuel out of pump to the injectors or no fuel out of the injectors? Not to familiar with the 3406b what type of system is it?
If you're positive that you aren't getting fuel output to the injector lines, you may have a stuck fuel rack in the pump. If you loosen an injector line nut at the pump do you get "squirts" of fuel when you crank it? I just had a similar issue with an old Cat D318 industrial engine that had been sitting for 10 years. Luckily stuck at the no fuel position.
