I have a Fiat Allis FL7B that has 3,000 hours. When idling at about 2500 rpm the transmission pressure stays right below the green mark on the gauge. When idling at a lower rpm the pressure is in the red. When you change gears the pressure jumps up to the green, but goes right back down to the red and the machine will not move. I just changed the oil and filter on the transmission, however that did not help. Any ideas? Are there strainers I should check? Is there a pump bad?
Try to locate a service manual for this, I no longer have one for the series. IIRC Do NOT remember any serviceable strainers unless removed trans/converter. Fluid level is full?
