Hello, I have a leak on the inner extension cylinder on a telsta 28' bucket truck, is it possible to removing the extension cylinder on boom without removing the inner boom ? Any information on the correct way to remove and replace the cylinder ? Any help is greatly needed, Thanks Bryan
