1999 jlg 450a boom lift

have a 99' jlg 450a boom lift that the platform boom up wont work but ground control box does. tried swapping wire connections with swing and swing works both ways but boom u still doesn't. is there a way to test pc board or adapt a 450a series II swing and boom control joystick. thanks in advance to anyone that can help out
