i have a 2001 T190 that was not moving very well. I had a guy look at it and he thought it was the brake not releasing. He checked conductivity and he thought it was the ecu. He claimed he unplugged it to do more testing but when he plugged it back in nothing worked. Then he found it had a blown fuse. Replaced it and it starts but I have no movement in the arms or bucket and have two codes 32-04 ACS not commmunicating with bobcat controller and 64-03 switched power relay error off. I switch the plugs at the valves and get the same codes. Any help of what to check would be greatly appreciated.
