2003 John Deer Skip Loader

I ran out of hydraulic fluid due to a hole in the tank. After the tank was repaired and installed, we put the fluid back inside now there is no steering. The steering wheel turns but not the tires?? Please help Thank you

    Welcome to HEF vicky . You have a model # of this loader ? I want to say an air lock at the steering valve …but will wait.

    My gut says lift the front wheels off ground and, while running, cycle the steering left and right several times.
