Good morning all. Trying to chase down a problem on a cat 304. Here it is. While moving right track is slow. Left is fine. While in motion moving forward if you move the stick out machine will speed up and be normal. Also speeds up my moving blade and using the side to side swing option for stick. So far right side final drive was replaced and swivel valve rebuilt. Have cat 305 to compare it to as well. Stumped. Thank you all.
Good day According to my information you have two piston pumps each have there own relief valve, the tracks are first to to be served (Priority). The symptoms you describe are rather strange is there some history with the track drive maybe some spool valve scoring offering a leakage channel. Operating another circuit blocks the leakage? Problem has been solved. 40 hours later. Auxiliary pedal for thumb control had pins sticking for pressure valve. Restricting flow to hydraulic manifold.. Clean and greased smooth movement now. Track moves equally with other one now. Thanks for everyone's input.
