2006 Cat 277c Value

I am looking for what a fair value of a 2006 cat 277c would be. A friend has one I am interested in and we are trying to come up with a price. The machine is a cat 277c with 1350 hours, cab, heat, air, high flow, good undercarriage, and ok tracks not new. Machine has had very good maintenance and not beat up. Thank You
