had small fire damage main and secondary wire harness have replaced them engine running fine and no visual electric issues with the exception that hydraulics are not engaging replaced two hydraulic hoses from top of 2 pumps behind main arm done checked all fuses and replaced a few burned ones need help any subjections????? It sounds as though an electrical schematic would be a good idea. Post a Serial Number to locate the correct one.

Check resistance of the pilot lockout solenoid. If good, verify 24v when pilot lockout arm is up. IIRC, if the solenoid is bad electrically, you'll have a fault code. Do you know how to view fault codes through that monitor?
