did anyone ever have a track that wouldnt stay tight, is it a seal or what? and how do you access it it's a sealed unit
The adjuster is a single direction cylinder that is extended with grease pressure from your gun. The cylinders do leak at the rod but it is not very common. Check around the fitting were you pump in the grease. The grease zerk screws into a check valve that you screw out to relieve track tension. Check and make sure the fitting the zerk screws into is tight and there is no grease leaking around it, That is the most common area to leak off tension. Someone may have backed off the track and not got the valve tight enough.
