My 315 cl has no boom up or down function check everything I could with lab top no pressure problems checked ports at pumps all at right psi someone told me there are screens in the 2 lines that turn the pump on and off there supposed to be a #4 size line but can't find them he said I could have a blockage somewhere. Checked regulater valves on pump nothing. I can pull on the joy stick it tries to lift but won't no pump winning either has anyone ever had this problem
Do all the other functions like stick in/out, bucket curl, etc, work OK..?
Yes all functions work other than boom no up or down pressure
When you try to move the boom up or down can you see the hydraulic hoses that feed the boom cylinders "jump" when you apply the pressure to the system using the boom control..?
Sorry Nige for not replying sooner been busy since it quit raining . The problem was the relief valve in the valve body had a bad o ring.Replaced it and the valve fixed the problem thanks for the reply
