hello i have a 07 jlg 400s when i start the unit up/down works and extend, after few min of run time the extend significantly reduces function and sometimes completely stops responding (not working) up/down still works I would have to toggle the up/down for extend to trigger - it moves extremely slow to no response side ways tilt also only works on start after few min run time completely no response what is the issue where to look ??
Seems like a calibration issue, did you have a mechanic with a JLG computer take a look at it? One of my 600AJ had an issue where it suddenly stopped doing functions, was fixed in 5 minutes through calibration, no problems since.
Also a bad solenoid on the machine may contribute some problems
