2012 Sany 235lc will start but wont move any advice?? code 37
Hi Volvo Possible pilot lock out valve issue. Try and see if this info is of any help. The 215 and 235 share similar setups but I'm not sure if this info is based on 2012 models. The testing process will be identical. Best regards
If your Sany 235LC starts but won’t move and is throwing Code 37 , it's often related to a travel motor lockout or hydraulic system fault . Here are a few things you can check: Safety Lock Lever – Ensure the safety lever in the cab is fully disengaged. If it's still up, the travel motors may be locked. Hydraulic Pressure – Code 37 may indicate low pressure or a fault in the travel hydraulic circuit. Check hydraulic fluid levels and filters. Travel Motor Solenoids – Inspect wiring and connectors for the travel motor solenoid valves—sometimes a faulty solenoid prevents movement. Error Code Reset – Try restarting the machine to see if the code clears. If it persists, the issue is likely mechanical or electronic. Sany Diagnostic Manual – Refer to the operator or service manual for the exact meaning of Code 37 in your model, as it may vary slightly. If none of these work, contacting a Sany-certified technician with diagnostic tools is advisable.
