Newbie, literally, bought a used unit today, battery was dead, replaced, checked fluids cranked up ran about 20 minutes and code 523602 popped up, wont go away and alarm. Ive gone through the threads and found the dpf maybe needing replaced? how the heck do i turn this alarm off!

ok, got more information, got in touch with previous owner, Cat in Waco serviced the DPF at 4200 hours. what the heck would make it regen like that in 600 hours?
”Serviced” could mean anything from removed, cleaned, & reinstalled to replacement with a Reman DPF. I think you may need to get hold of more information.
Any excessive smoke. Failing injectors, turbo, or oil consumption.
