I have a 1988 dresser 250E. I am having trouble with it just barley moving . It seems to be causing the motor to lug down. The transmission oil is full and all filters have been changed. I haven yet checked the pressures on the torque converter. The machine move great on flat ground but once it is put under a load it gets weak. It almost seems like it is not getting enough fuel. All the fuel filters and air filters have been replaced. It gets worse as the machine warms up.
