Ok, help us out here. What have you checked and/or eliminated as a possible cause so far..?
Just that radiator is full and overflow container is at proper level. All filters have been recently changed (oil, fuel, hydraulic). Runs good and strong. After about 45 minutes to an hour at 3/4 throttle the warning light and buzzer will come on. Check the overflow container and water and steam is going into the canister. Will let sit for about twenty minutes and start working until the light and buzzer come on again?
So you haven't tried pressure-washing the radiator or checking the belt condition/tension, or that the fan is spinning at the correct speed..? That would be a good first step.
sorry, yes I did pressure wash the radiator. It appears clean. The fan is spinning but don't know if it's the correct speed.
