2008 297C baught from salvage sale was burned, replaced wire harness eng and chassis, starts up and moves forward and backwards, throws a active code but stop eng and restart and moves again,, ok not the worst problem, right hand joystick does not function at all, need help?? also has more stored codes then i care to start writing down probably from burned wire harness s , how do i clear codes and any help would be apreciated as i work through these problems, machine has 1500 hours, Thanks Adam
Define "burned". Pics would help but we will need a machine serial number also.
serial number is GCP01271, Previous owner must have been a orchard owner as it was full of dead leaves which caused the fire by the turbo, burned 2 holes in fuel tank and then traveled forward and basicly burned 3 wire harness ,engine,chassis, ac wire harness replaced those 3 harness and a few hydralic lines , i was able to trace the plugs and corespond with the wire colors on all conectors except for 3, pretty sure i have the connectors in right places as the harness doesnt give a lot of room to not plug them in right but i have 2 spare plugs that i dont have a place for and these plugs are up close to main valve bank,, I think i need some of these codes cleared but dont know how to do that. there is a place for a 3 prong relay on the harness by the ecm, this plug is in a relay cover but no relay and cant find thid on sis, so not sure if it a active plug or not kinda pussled why there isnt a rely in it though. any ideas and help is greatly apreciated.
Sounds like an electrical schematic would help. I'll send you one.
