Has anyone ever had a machine throw this code? Looking on sis it’s saying if it’s throwing this code the pressure limiter has opened and fuel rail needs to be replaced. Can’t figure out what caused it to open and I would hate to put a new rail on like it says and have it take that one out. Sn#H5M01941
Have you hooked ET up to the machine and looked at the pressure in the fuel rail.? I see this engine does not have a replaceablke pressure relief valve on the end of the rail like the larger models do.
Yes pressure checked out fine.
Check the fuel rail pressure sensor. And check the resistance at the SCV terminals. At 20 °C ((68 °F)) the resistance should be approximately 2,1 ohm. With the SCV plug connected, check the resistance at the Engine Control Module (ECM) harness test connector. The resistance should be approximately 2,1 ohm.
