Hello all, looking to change the Fluid in my Swing Drive. She is a 312CL Cat excavator Ser#CBAO1403.. I feel i must have to remove a bottom panel to access drain, am i correct? Also it does take the same fluid as the drives correct? thanks D.Bird
See attached. The oil for the swing drive should be the same as for the final drives which for your climate would be an SAE30 TO-4. For around $50 you could invest in a manual which contains all this info & more besides. Click HERE , put SEBU7424 and click the Search button. Thanks Nige i do have the manual but it does not call for removal of bottom covers and i cannot see anything with covers installed. will slip back and pull a panel off to the right of swing motor an have a look Thanks for your time D.Bird
Does it have SEBU7424 on the cover.?
