situation: lift controls only work from ground control. The controls from the basket do not operate the lift and tilt control, only the drive, steer, and horn work from top. No power going to control board. What could be the issue? Trying to avoid changing out the board dued to the price. Anyone ever encounter an issue like the ones mentioned? Any help would be appreciated.
