Local farm co-op store has this 325 John Deere rubber tire skid steer. It will start and run for approx 3 seconds during which time I can’t get anything to work, the brakes won’t unlock boom doesn’t work. It has an icon displayed which I believe is an implement lockout? No one seems to know how it got turned on but also no one knows how to turn it off either . Can anyone offer any assistance?
Welcome to HEF JC ! First a serial number needed. A picture of the icon that is lit up would help also. Also scroll through the monitor to codes and post. Make sure the auxiliary hydraulics are off. If the pedal/hand lever (depending on which controls it has) is stuck there is a switch that gets engaged and it will kill the engine. Sit in the seat, key on and then buckle the seat belt. Does the seat icon and the seat belt icons go out? If it has a cab and when the door is closed does the cab door icon go out?
