I took this video close to where i live in Belfast Northern Ireland. The two gantry cranes are named samson and goliath and were built by krupp in Germany in the late sixties/early seventies. They were shipped from Germany in pieces and assembled over the dry dock at Harland and Wolff shipyard. currently the 350ft cranes with 1000 ton lift capacity each are used in the construction of giant wind turbines. You can see the huge blades on the ground during the video. The cab for that is wild
Now the climb to that cab would make you fit or kill you in hurry.
There are elevators in the crane and then you actually have to walk down some steps to get into the cab.
