I have a 544GTC with the third valve, I currently use it to power the tilt on a 11ft plow that came with the machine. I'd love to mount a hydraulic brush cutter off the front and power it from the third valve. I read online that smaller wheeled tractors like home owner use that this will work. Does anyone know if the JD 544GTC third valve will support this type of attachment? Or what the flow rate is for this third valve circuit? thanks in advance.
The flow spec of the hydraulic pump is minimum 34 GPM at 2000 , at 2000rpm. The third valve would handle the flow but the steering priority would rob oil from the third valve when steering the loader.
