Heres the troubleshooting steps for F3C0, its the same for all the 4 codes you listed. Sounds like a wiring gremlin, need to start checking the harness with a meter. F3C0 No Forward Direction (Diagnostic Trouble Code) Front (RH) Pump Pressure Control Pilot (PCP) (B9) This diagnostic trouble code indicates that the Front (RH) Pump PCP is limited to one direction. Reverse direction is OK. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Transmission Intermittent Code Shutdown Test Action: Start Engine. Pull park lock lever into down position. Engine speed control to 1/2 throttle. FNR lever to forward. Check the tracks for movement. FNR lever to reverse. Check the tracks for movement. Is there track movement on both tracks in forward and reverse? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Result: NO: Go to 2 YES: Go to 5 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Front (RH) Pump Pressure Control Pilot (PCP) (B9), Check Action: T118342 T118342-UN: Pin to Pin Check (4 Pin) Remove floor plate. Disconnect transmission harness connector from front pump (PCP) connector. On terminal A, check for continuity to ground. On terminal B, check for continuity to ground. If continuity is measured, replace PCP. Set multimeter to ohms. Check resistance at terminals A and B on front pump PCP connector. Are approximately (20.7-25.3) ohms displayed on multimeter? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Result: YES: PCP OK: Go to 3 NO: Replace PCP: - Code still active? Go to 3 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3 T42 (BLU) Transmission Harness (W7) Short-to-Ground, Check Action: T118343 T118343-UN: Pin A Check Key switch OFF. Disconnect 30 pin transmission controller connector X1 from controller, disconnect rear front (RH) pump pressure control pilot (B9). At PCP end of transmission harness check for continuity to ground on pin A (wire T42 BLU) using a multimeter. Is continuity measured on pin B? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Result: NO: Wire OK: Go to 4 YES: Repair wire: - Code still active? Go to 4 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4 Transmission Controller (A1), Check Action: Connect only the transmission controller to the diagnostic test box JTO7349. Check for continuity to ground on pin X1-K1. Check for continuity to ground on pin X1-K3. If continuity is measured, replace controller. Set multimeter to ohms. Check for resistance across pins X1-K1 to X1-K3. Approximately 2 mega ohms should be measured. Are 2 mega ohms measured? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Result: YES: Controller OK: Check Complete NO: Replace controller: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5 Pump PCP Intermittent Code, Repair Action: An intermittent connection may be affected by temperature and vibration. This means that diagnosis may be difficult since an open or short circuit that caused a malfunction may no longer be present when the diagnosis actually takes place. It maybe helpful to flex harness or clean and repair all connectors to identify problem. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Result:
