Hey guys , my old 580 B only works with High Range , it shifts into the low range slot fine but the machine will not move forward or revers , there is no grinding noise or any other sound - sorta like there is no gear there . Have not pulled the cover to inspect yet , wanted to get some input from you guys . Wondering if the linkage is messed up or selector is in the wrong position . Thanks for any input ,
I have the same issue on my B. Read on here there is a keyway on the end of the shifter. It was damaged and all he needed was a new key. Haven't got in to mine yet, I just got it and it's 600 miles away. Here's the thread. HeavyEquipmentForums
