580k phase 1 getting a gear grind when i let off power and brake sounds like when you shift a manual tranny and miss the gear a bit grrrr/pop . comes from right under the floor it only lasts a half second it happens in any gear forward and reverse most prominent 1/2 in forward also does it coasting downhill and hit brakes " SIDE GEAR ? " shuttle works fine i got power to turn tire in dirt against a tree no slippage no grind its just when you go from load to brake and its getting worse this is my home yard horse light use
Is the park brake disc still fitted to this machine? Sometimes the disc becomes loose on the spline & rattles a little, even catches on the brake pads to accentuate the noise & vibration. Well worth taking a look there, maybe take it off & give it a test drive.
i went out seperated the brake pedal pin right side more grind than left and one pedal works better than the left ... brake disassembly on the list MAYBRE A SPRING BROKE OFF AND IN THE WORKS
