580b no brakes

good friend has a 580b runs good but NO BRAKES. I don,t know where to start.Some of sites don,t show good diagrams. So send me in the right direction thanks

    yeah, davids farm something of that sort, he changes them on a 580b looks easy but we know how looking and doing end up being lol Good luck Mike

    Thanks everybody,checked out Davidfarm video looks easy. First we,re going to try to adjust them,that will tell us if we need to replace the brake bands. Nice forum very informative

    i agree this is a cool forum,iv gone through old post to get advise on my 580b
