Ok i dont completely understand the steps in the manual so could someone give me a quick step by step tutorial. I know where the filter is and tho i havent looked im sure(hopefully) find the drain plug but the whole unhooking lines and turning something to the right has me dumbfounded. I am dumb i know that just need founded i guess. any help would be greatly appreciated.
The mech shuttle does not have a filter system, only holds about 2 qts oil in it, the hyd system has a filter and depending on some may have a extra tube in the way of the spin down canister with a filter inside, this is under the hood at the rear of the engine, has a plug in each frame to drain the hyd oil. The only other filter is in the power steering pump housing which is on the rh side of engine, then the engine oil and fuel filters.
So do have to unhook lines or just drain from plugs? I think mine only has one filter for hyd. i look for the other one but Ive spent the last month under that machine with brakes,clutch shuttle, and inj pump im certain theres no other canister under there. Only one Ive seen is on the right side above starter area
