Have a customer with a 644G first and second work fine but when you put in in third or forth it will pull then just disengage not like it is slipping just drop out of gear also he says that when in third it will sometimes down shift to second. Does this transmission have a automatic downshift I did not think it does
Hi Dave, I'm not sure whether the 644G got an EST17 or 25 box with semi auto or auto shifts. I'd rather expect EST17. As first step I'd check signals from gear switch DW2. Is B2 (AD2, switch S2) present in 3rd and 4th? Also check output speed sensor, plug, wiring.
