looking at a 710D four wheel drive @ auction upon inspection the front axle is not pulling the drive shaft spins when engaged the right front wheel bearley moves when lifted off ground very slight noise IT does have solid filled front tires believe it came from a county in VA any body been into one of these any guess I am thinking ring gear and pinion
More likely a broken axle shaft, u-joint in the steering knuckles, or something in one of the planetary hubs. If the right side tries to turn (limited slip with worn out clutch disks) then it's probably something busted on the left end. If it was a bad ring and pinion usually they're extra crunchy loud noisy in my experience. YMMV
