Will need WAY more information than this. The machine's complete serial number for starters. What was rebuilt? Engine? What troubleshooting has been done so far? Any codes?
744KXPED662882. ESN RG6090L120845 WE DID NOT REBUILD IT CUSTOMER HAD MACHINE SHOP REBUILD LONG BLOCK .THEY REASSEMBLED IT WITH NEW PUMPS AND INJECTORS WE WERE CALLED AFTER SAME DEERE TECH WENT OUT WITH DEERE COMPUTER AND FOUND NO CODES BUT COULDNT ID PROBLEM.THIS IS THE NEWEST UNIT WE WERE EVER ASKED TO CHECK OUR DIESELTECH COMPUTER NOTHING ,WHAT WE FOUND WAS RAIL HAD LOW PSI REPLACE PSI VALVE STILL WONT START THATS WHY IM ON HERE WE JUST DONT START REPLACING PARTS ON THE FLY THEY ALREADY HAD A $2000 BILL FROM DEERE
What is the actual rail pressure vs the desired rail pressure while cranking? Starting with the obvious. Fuel supply pressure OK? Has a leak test been performed on the rail relief valve? Error in the injector supply tube installation? By this, I assume you mean the rail relief valve?
