750 champion trans

1995 750 Champion trans heats up and quits. Works fine when cooled down. Does anyone have any Ideas?

    Are you talking about the transmission it's self or the electronic controller?

    their is a small window on the shifter box that has error codes. send me a email ( [email protected] ) and I will send you the trouble shooting guide for the 850 transmission that I believe you have. P.S. I can repair the electronics if bad.

    Thanks laycobeau, I don't have the codes as the grader isn't mine. I will try and get them. All I know is the tranny heats up and quits and works good again when it cools off.
