Have a 21-03 error code with flashing glow plug light …..checked the relays and switch them with start relay . Also installed new glow plugs …..was told to check edge & temp sending unit ….which is not the issue due to the temp. Works when running …..is there anything Iam missing here that could be causing the flashing light ……I had wondered if a broken brake / tail light could do this as part of the safety feature? I just noticed it today and will try that next. It can’t be that simple, can it be?
