I'm having trouble trying to get my cat 904b(cat0904BPB4L00830) to run full speed. I've checked the rpm range, the charge pressure and signal pressure. the signal pressure is a little low (70psi give or take) but i"m not sure how to adjust it. i changed all the filters and fluids and checked the 2 speed valve. the manual doesn't say how or where i could adjust the signal pressure it just says it gets signal pressure from the charge pressure pump. I'm thinking the signal pressure is bleeding through some where, i just don't know where. the loader should go about 12-13 mph the fastest i can get it to go is about 8mph.
