2016 RHN cat loader don’t move. Tried all I can think of. Tested all pressures ok. Tested all sensors for power and ground. Ok. Tested all sensors for oms ok. Resistors all four good. Oil level good controls in cab all dead correct. Parking brake works good. Remove the drive shafts and loader will move. Shafts on. Wheels locked up. ET scanner has no codes
