The loader have power at the two culinders but at the third of bucket is moving only with high idle and when you let the control is falling. Any help?
Usual rules George - first a Serial Number please. Second - any Diagnostic Codes registering on the Monitor Panel in the cab.?
To clarify. The loader lifts strong? The bucket only tilts at high engine speed. And the bucket drops on it's own. Is this correct? Does the bucket tilt down correctly? if you set the bucket flat on the ground, and then tilt forward will the bucket lift the machine? If you tilt the bucket down in the air, and then force the loader boom down, will the bucket lift the machine, or will it tilt back on it's own?
Because is not mine I will ask for s/n and sumptoms and I will be back
Correct . The bucket lift the machine with tilt when is flat to grown. Also when you tilt on air and force the boom down the bucket will lift the machine, but when is up the boom and the tilt start to fall at is own. S/n 938mpj3r07207
Monitor display is E352(1)
This indicates that the bucket tilt mechanism is moving in the opposite direction to the way the tilt control lever is being moved. Have any repairs been made to the tilt cylinder, tilt linkage, hydraulic hoses for tilt cylinder, or wiring recently.? E352 (1) Tilt Linkage Movement Detected In Wrong Direction Activates when ECM receives a tilt command signal (from the tilt lever/joystick sensor) and the tilt linkage position sensor indicates tilt linkage movement in the opposite direction. Deactivates when ECM receives tilt command signal (from tilt lever/joystick sensor) and tilt linkage position sensor indicates tilt linkage movement in the correct direction. Ensure that actuator linkage for the tilt position sensor is tight and in good condition. Verify that there is no damage to the actuator or to the position sensor. If the event is activated after a service procedure, check for reversed wires on the solenoids or hydraulic lines connected to the wrong valve port.
If you eliminate the possibility of anything listed in the post above then the other obvious cause of the problem is that something has failed inside the bucket tilt cylinder.
Hi mr nige. No operator says he just wash it and after begin to do that.the position sensor is this?
Correct, that is the tilt position sensor. If the operator washed the machine either it has water in an electrical/electronic system somewhere or there is a internal problem with the tilt cylinder which by coincidence failed just at the same time.
The culinder was open but nothing obviously was find wrong. Tomorrow we will see the position sensor.maby something fall on it and is broke.is there a procedure who calibrate it?
George, attached is the calibration procedure for the Lift & Tilt linkage sensors. The unfortunate news is that Cat ET software will be required to do the calibration.
I understand. I will tell this to repairman. Thanks a lot nige and good morning
Mr nige we fix it!!!the repairman open the sensor 5-6 screws torx and wash it with contact spray and now is working. Thanks
Amazing what can happen to electronics when they are power washed........
