Hi Ive just brought a ripper for my machine. It's second hand and I've sent the rams of to be reckoned. I've also ordered new pins as the one in the ripper have been gassed off? Do the main pins simply push in or do I need to shrink with nitrogen. I've heard so many story's.....does anyone know the correct way to fit the pins. Any help would be great. The pins in my service book look like they have a retainer.to me that means they are a push fit not a tight fit? Thanks Hugh
Pins will be a tight slip fit. Anti seize and a big hammer will work.
