this 2005 953c bbx model starts out running fine but after a while under heavy pushing it almost comes to a stop. then i let it sit for a couple of minutes and it goes again but not for long. i have already changed the hydraulic oil and all the filters. has anyone had this issue out there ? looking for some input to fix our cat. we are not able to make any income with it like this.the cat people are sooo expensive that it is unbelieveable. please help
First thing to look at is engine RPM. Check your throttle cable/linkages are good and that the spring/lever doohickey on top of the governor isn't seized. High idle should be 2150 +- 50 RPM. When working it must not drop below 1800 RPM.
Like cmark said rpms. Had a customer with a 2zn. Same problem. Half way through loading a truck have to stop and let the machine catch it’s breath. Take the cap off the secondary fuel filter next to the injection pump and make sure it’s cleaned out and the blow back trough the line. May have told you wrong. Mite be the primary
