I have a 1996 case 1845c that I recently rebuilt the m-91 tandem pump with new cylinder block,rotating groups,and plates. The system pressures are 4500 psi for right and left side on all 4 tst ports when the levers are stroked and the charge pressure is 375 psi. After running the machine and it gets hot the right side loses power (if engaged in a load the tires won't spin out). I didnt put the hto additive in could this be the problem or unlikely and is there another test that should be performed.
